Congratulations to Greg Chapman of Athens, OH who was awarded the OWSA Distinguished Service Award at the annual summer meeting.  Chapman was Ohio's midwest council representative for many years and is one of the premier boat drivers in the country.

The Distinguished Service Award was reinstated in 2009 after being dormant for a number of years.  Look for more information on the DSA along with an OWSA Hall of Fame which is being formed and will be presented in the upcoming "History" section at www.skiowsa.com.
