THE "ROUND ROBIN" FORMAT
Pleasant Shores will be holding the 3rd Tour Stop of the 2009 Buckeye Buoy Tour. The Round Robin format is an ALL NEW, never been used, format that pits skiers against each other in groups of 4. The object of the game, to win your group each round and collect the most points. The top skiers with the most cumulative points will earn a spot in the Finals and gain the most points towards the Tour Standings.
All skiers will be guaranteed 2 rounds of slalom. The total number of skiers in the "Finals" may vary depending how many skiers are competing.
THE "STATE CHAMPIONSHIP" FORMAT
The State Championship will be run as it has in the past as a 1 round 3 event competition. Clubs will be competing for the overall Team Trophy, so bring as many skiers from your club as you can round up! Trickers and Jumpers who did not slalom on Friday may have the oppertunity for a second round of trick or jump at the end of the day Sunday time and officials permitting.
