Pat Ewald, President of the University of Cincinnati Waterski Team, skied away with the win on Saturday night under the lights to take home the 2008 Top Cat title. Pat ran 4 buoys @ 28 off, 1 full buoy above his average, to edge out the other 15 Top Cat finalists. Andrew Baker came in a close second running 2 @ 32 off, just .5 buoy under his average followed by Dave Young who came in 3rd. 
It was once again a great tournament and thanks go out to Greg Lanich and Lake Lottawatta for putting on the event. Boys: Nate Smith (B3) of McCordsville, IN scored 107 buoys (5 @ 38 off 36 mph)
Girls: Emma Miner (G3) of Brookville, IN scored 58 buoys (4 @ 32 mph)
Men: Greg Kuenning (M2) of Cincinnati, OH scored 97.5 buoys (1.5 @ 35 off 36 mph)
Women: Samantha Ruehl (W1) of Harrison, OH scored 80 buoys (2 @ 28 off 34 mph)

Boys: Mason Mechler (B3) of Cincinnati, OH took top honors scoring 4,360 points.
Girls: Emma Miner (G3) of Brookville, IN took top honors scoring 1,370 points.
Men: Andrew French (M1) of Hamilton, OH took top honors scoring 900 points.
Women: Samantha Ruehl (W1) of Harrison, OH took top honors scoring 3,980 points.
JUMP
Boys: Mason Mechler (B3) of Cincinnati, OH took top honors jumping 78 feet.
Girls: None
Men: Andrew French (M1) of Hamilton, OH took top honors jumping 109 feet.
Women: Prissy Edwards (W5) of Alexandria, IN took top honors jumping 65 feet.
